Uni-form™ the slimmest yet of low profile designs for professional cooking equipment- canopy is a mere 6” tall. Yet in that small space, the hood packs the wallop of 1400 CFM (cubic foot per minute) exhaust capacity via ABBAKA’s ultra quiet Hy-Ex Remote Ventilator. Combined with the in-hood commercial baffle filter system, Uni-Form can handle the demands of the largest restaurant-style range. The motor is regulated by a infinite variable speed control and the crisp halogen lighting banks by a solid state dimmer switch. The hood’s unique adjustable suspension rods stabilize the ceiling attachment as well as allow the expanse of the hood to be leveled. The hood is available in both wall mount and island design (as shown) in widths from 42” to 78”.
